This is one of the very first projects I ever completed on needles, and I figured I'd post a pic since it's been hanging in my cubicle since our last snow storm. It was created with 3 balls of Berrocco Medley in Louvre, and about a 1/2 ball of Berroco Suede in Roy Rogers. My camera phone does not do the pretty color and texture in this yarn any justice.I am artfully posing in our employee bathroom. Hawwwt.

I haven't used Berrocco Medley, but it reminds me a little bit of Moda Dea Cache.
What is the LYS you speak of? Concord? Portsmouth?
My favorite NH LYS is in Concord- The Elegant Ewe. I can't afford to shop there very often, however.
Pearl's Yarn Shop is in Manchester, and I'm not a huge fan of the lady that runs the place (she's a bit of a knitting elitist, imo.) However, she's within walking distance of work, thus I shop there often.
