This is one of the very first projects I ever completed on needles, and I figured I'd post a pic since it's been hanging in my cubicle since our last snow storm. It was created with 3 balls of Berrocco Medley in Louvre, and about a 1/2 ball of Berroco Suede in Roy Rogers. My camera phone does not do the pretty color and texture in this yarn any justice.
I am artfully posing in our employee bathroom. Hawwwt.

Gawgeous!
I haven't used Berrocco Medley, but it reminds me a little bit of Moda Dea Cache.
What is the LYS you speak of? Concord? Portsmouth?
My favorite NH LYS is in Concord- The Elegant Ewe. I can't afford to shop there very often, however.
Pearl's Yarn Shop is in Manchester, and I'm not a huge fan of the lady that runs the place (she's a bit of a knitting elitist, imo.) However, she's within walking distance of work, thus I shop there often.
